We are now looking for a senior change leader in business development for a comprehensive and strategic assignment in a complex organization. The assignment is suitable for you who have extensive experience in driving change in larger initiatives and who thrive in a role where you combine strategic thinking with operational execution.

The role involves supporting the organization in various types of change assignments with varying complexity, as well as contributing to strengthening the organization’s overall capability in change management.

About the Role

As a change leader, you will guide individuals, groups, and parts of the organization through change journeys, often within the framework of projects or assignments. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with project managers, clients, and other key roles.

You will have overall responsibility for planning, driving, and following up on the change work at both tactical and operational levels. The role requires good communication skills, clarity in responsibility distribution, and the ability to create engagement and understanding of the purpose and goals of the change.

Main Responsibilities

• Support managers, leadership, and the organization in driving change work towards set goals and identified effects
• Plan and develop change-related documents such as change plans, impact analyses, and stakeholder mappings
• Lead and manage the change process and carry out operational change activities
• Work closely with project, program, and assignment management as well as communicators
• Plan and conduct workshops, presentations, and training initiatives in change management
• Contribute to increased knowledge, understanding, and maturity in change management within the organization

Required Qualifications

To be considered for the assignment, you need to have:

• At least 8 years of dedicated experience as a change leader in projects or assignments, including the development and implementation of change plans, stakeholder analyses, and communication plans
• At least 5 years of experience in driving tactical and operational change work in complex initiatives within organizations in strong growth
• At least 5 years of experience in change management within IT and/or digitalization initiatives
• At least 5 years of experience in planning and leading workshops related to business development
• Certification in the Prosci ADKAR methodology and at least 3 years of practical experience working according to the methodology

Desirable Experience

• Experience in translating business plans and strategic steering documents into concrete change documents
• Experience in working with strategic, tactical, and operational issues in parallel
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
